Launch Site:
Ernest Thompson Seton Park, Toronto

Access Ernest Thompson Seton Park via the entrance to Wilket Creek Park and Sunnybrook Park on the west side of Leslie St., just north of Eglinton Ave.  Follow the signs to the event.

Parking:  There is limited parking at the main launch lot.  Overflow parking lots will be used and a shuttle bus will run throughout the day to bring paddlers from their vehicles to the main launch site parking lot.  Paddlers are asked to wait for the bus by the Paddle the Don sign at the top of each of the overflow parking lots.

Public Transit: 

Take Route 34 Eglinton East (links to both the Yonge-University-Spadina and Bloor-Danforth subway line) or Route 54 Lawrence East (links to the Yonge-University-Spadina subway lines).  Exit bus at the Leslie St. and Eglinton Ave. East stop and walk down the stairs on the south side of Eglinton to the Launch Site.  

Please note: Subway service on Sundays begins at 9:00 am.  Buses will be boarded outside the station before that time.  There is no Sunday service on Route 51 Leslie Street.

Take-out Site:
170 Villiers Street, Toronto

The take-out is located in the parkette found at the northwest corner of Villiers Street and Don Roadway, where the Don River meets the Keating Channel in the Toronto Port Lands.

Public Transit:  Take the 72A route which services both Union and Pape Stations. You can board the bus at the Commissioners and Munition Street stop or Cherry and Villiers stop. Service runs every 30 minutes and begins at 9:00 am.

Parking:  On-street non-metered parking is available.    

*Note about DVP Closure: At this time there are no plans to close the DVP on the day of our event. We will be checking in regularly with the City of Toronto in case this changes.
